Exercise Program

Times (Mon. Wed. & Fri.):

  • Drop In between 7 AM – 10 AM
  • Strength Training* at 7:15 AM, 7:45 AM (advanced), 8:15 AM, 8:45 AM, 9:15 AM (seated)

* Stretching included at the end of every class.

  • Yoga Fridays at 7:45 AM (supplies provided / seated chair yoga)

Our program runs three mornings a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 10 AM. We have walking on the indoor cushioned track at the Capital News Centre at 4105 Gordon Drive Kelowna. In addition to walking we have stretching and strengthening sessions each 1/2 hour on the quarter hour, and yoga on Fridays.

Our sessions are conducted by multidisciplinary health and fitness professionals (ACSM Exercise Specialists, and Kinesiologists.)

We also offer blood pressure monitoring and semi-annual fitness assessments.

In addition to the above, our staff is trained in CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) which is on site.
